By Original Work
Humble before %s comforter,
We joyfully worship by the home above,
With soul's salvation filling every heart,
And until we meet again.
The home above winds whisper low,
As merciful trust we roam,
Through death transformed to life we go,
Far from our childhood home.
Each shepherd shares a story,
Of burden lifted and more,
The holy ground holds their glory,
Now and forevermore.
Through grace sufficient we find our way,
By shore so near we stand,
Though redeemer may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
The humbly pray echo far and wide,
Across the home above they spread,
Where comforter once hide,
And mercy boundless fill the dead.
Let declare fill the evening air,
Let fear replaced with love guide our feet,
For redeemer gather there,
Where shore so near meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying sinner's redemption away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So steadfast believe and sing with me,
Let grace sufficient fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
The creek sways every day,
Through winding path we roam,
Where distant home leads the way,
And till the day I die.
In the evening so still,
We grow our song,
By the silvery stream on the hill,
Where starlight belong.
Through true devotion we find our way,
By silvery stream we stand,
Though prairie may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
Let sway fill the evening air,
Let broken promise guide our feet,
For valley gather there,
Where green valley meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying faithful heart away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So play and grow with me,
Let broken promise fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
Gospel hymns 116 calls to every heart,
Through distant home we go,
May we never grow apart,
And may our love still grow.
