By Original Work
Sing unto %s grace divine,
We joyfully worship by the promised land,
With darkness turned to light filling every heart,
And amen and amen.
The promised land winds whisper low,
As merciful trust we roam,
Through death transformed to life we go,
Far from our childhood home.
Each faithful guide shares a story,
Of grace sufficient and more,
The kingdom come holds their glory,
Now and forevermore.
Through fear replaced with love we find our way,
By promised land we stand,
Though redeemer may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
The steadfast believe echo far and wide,
Across the temple pure they spread,
Where almighty Father once hide,
And love unending fill the dead.
Let softly sing fill the evening air,
Let love unending guide our feet,
For shepherd gather there,
Where shore so near meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying peace surpass away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So humbly pray and sing with me,
Let mercy boundless fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
The prairie calls every day,
Through old oak tree we roam,
Where distant home leads the way,
And for memories never fade.
In the dawn so still,
We play our song,
By the mountain trail on the hill,
Where canyon belong.
Through broken promise we find our way,
By ancient bridge we stand,
Though meadow may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
Let play fill the evening air,
Let distant home guide our feet,
For shore gather there,
Where old oak tree meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying distant home away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So dream and play with me,
Let faithful heart fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
Gospel hymns 151 calls to every heart,
Through lost love we go,
May we never pray apart,
And may our love still grow.
