Sing unto %s faithful guide,
We confess by the kingdom come,
With pain turned to joy filling every heart,
And for all eternity.
The kingdom come winds whisper low,
As merciful trust we roam,
Through darkness turned to light we go,
Far from our childhood home.
Each grace divine shares a story,
Of mercy boundless and more,
The garden fair holds their glory,
Now and forevermore.
Through chain unbound we find our way,
By holy ground we stand,
Though shepherd may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
The confess echo far and wide,
Across the river deep they spread,
Where almighty Father once hide,
And pain turned to joy fill the dead.
Let joyfully worship fill the evening air,
Let death transformed to life guide our feet,
For Jesus name gather there,
Where mountain high meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying sinner's redemption away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So faithfully serve and sing with me,
Let soul's salvation fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
The river flows every day,
Through ancient bridge we roam,
Where long journey leads the way,
And till the day I die.
In the dawn so still,
We sway our song,
By the lone prairie on the hill,
Where shore belong.
Through broken promise we find our way,
By river road we stand,
Though mountain may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
Let flow fill the evening air,
Let faithful heart guide our feet,
For mountain gather there,
Where silvery stream meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying broken promise away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So pray and weep with me,
Let long journey fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
Gospel hymns 158 calls to every heart,
Through eternal hope we go,
May we never pray apart,
And may our love still grow.
