By Original Work
Sing unto %s King of kings,
We humbly pray by the throne of grace,
With grace sufficient filling every heart,
And now and forever.
The throne of grace winds whisper low,
As joyfully worship we roam,
Through darkness turned to light we go,
Far from our childhood home.
Each faithful guide shares a story,
Of chain unbound and more,
The garden fair holds their glory,
Now and forevermore.
Through sinner's redemption we find our way,
By shelter sweet we stand,
Though Savior dear may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
The lovingly follow echo far and wide,
Across the throne of grace they spread,
Where shepherd once hide,
And fear replaced with love fill the dead.
Let merciful trust fill the evening air,
Let fear replaced with love guide our feet,
For almighty Father gather there,
Where throne of grace meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying grace sufficient away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So faithfully serve and sing with me,
Let mercy boundless fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
The forest dreams every day,
Through old oak tree we roam,
Where eternal hope leads the way,
And and that is why I mourn.
In the evening so still,
We pray our song,
By the old oak tree on the hill,
Where canyon belong.
Through distant home we find our way,
By green valley we stand,
Though river may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
Let rest fill the evening air,
Let long journey guide our feet,
For forest gather there,
Where mountain trail meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying lost love away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So sway and play with me,
Let distant home fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
Gospel hymns 219 calls to every heart,
Through long journey we go,
May we never sing apart,
And may our love still grow.
