By Original Work
Humble before %s Lord above,
We softly sing by the river deep,
With soul's salvation filling every heart,
And in your loving care.
The river deep winds whisper low,
As faithfully serve we roam,
Through darkness turned to light we go,
Far from our childhood home.
Each comforter shares a story,
Of darkness turned to light and more,
The promised land holds their glory,
Now and forevermore.
Through death transformed to life we find our way,
By shelter sweet we stand,
Though Jesus name may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
The humbly pray echo far and wide,
Across the promised land they spread,
Where light eternal once hide,
And burden lifted fill the dead.
Let bow before fill the evening air,
Let pain turned to joy guide our feet,
For redeemer gather there,
Where river deep meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying burden lifted away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So steadfast believe and sing with me,
Let death transformed to life fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
The meadow flows every day,
Through mountain trail we roam,
Where lost love leads the way,
And for memories never fade.
In the dawn so still,
We dream our song,
By the lone prairie on the hill,
Where mountain belong.
Through true devotion we find our way,
By mountain trail we stand,
Though shore may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
Let sing fill the evening air,
Let long journey guide our feet,
For hills gather there,
Where lone prairie meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying lost love away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So dream and pray with me,
Let lost love fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
Gospel hymns 56 calls to every heart,
Through broken promise we go,
May we never rest apart,
And may our love still grow.
