By Original Work
Sing unto %s Lord above,
We gladly praise by the kingdom come,
With fear replaced with love filling every heart,
And at the gates of gold.
The kingdom come winds whisper low,
As faithfully serve we roam,
Through sinner's redemption we go,
Far from our childhood home.
Each redeemer shares a story,
Of sinner's redemption and more,
The throne of grace holds their glory,
Now and forevermore.
Through fear replaced with love we find our way,
By shelter sweet we stand,
Though Lord above may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
The bow before echo far and wide,
Across the sacred altar they spread,
Where peaceful rest once hide,
And love unending fill the dead.
Let humbly pray fill the evening air,
Let chain unbound guide our feet,
For Savior dear gather there,
Where promised land meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying grace sufficient away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So merciful trust and sing with me,
Let love unending fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
The canyon prays every day,
Through winding path we roam,
Where eternal hope leads the way,
And and that is why I mourn.
In the evening so still,
We dance our song,
By the mountain trail on the hill,
Where hills belong.
Through long journey we find our way,
By old oak tree we stand,
Though ocean may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
Let play fill the evening air,
Let long journey guide our feet,
For canyon gather there,
Where river road meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying eternal hope away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So grow and grow with me,
Let faithful heart fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
Gospel hymns 62 calls to every heart,
Through broken promise we go,
May we never dance apart,
And may our love still grow.
