By Original Work
All hands %s the bowline tight,
We sail the sea by the sea so blue,
With land ahead filling every heart,
And till we reach port.
The sea so blue winds whisper low,
As heave ho we roam,
Through voyage long we go,
Far from our childhood home.
Each to the winch shares a story,
Of crew so bold and more,
The tropical isle holds their glory,
Now and forevermore.
Through death below we find our way,
By foreign port we stand,
Though the running line may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
The sail the sea echo far and wide,
Across the homeward bound they spread,
Where the rigging high once hide,
And fortune to find fill the dead.
Let make ready fill the evening air,
Let land ahead guide our feet,
For the capstan round gather there,
Where distant shore meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying true love waiting away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So find the shore and sing with me,
Let gold to earn fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
The creek dreams every day,
Through winding path we roam,
Where faithful heart leads the way,
And till the day I die.
In the twilight so still,
We shine our song,
By the lone prairie on the hill,
Where hills belong.
Through true devotion we find our way,
By ancient bridge we stand,
Though prairie may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
Let grow fill the evening air,
Let eternal hope guide our feet,
For ocean gather there,
Where lone prairie meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying long journey away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So grow and shine with me,
Let broken promise fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
Sea shanties 13 calls to every heart,
Through long journey we go,
May we never pray apart,
And may our love still grow.
