By Original Work
Roll the %s the running line,
We sail the sea by the captain's deck,
With land ahead filling every heart,
And at journey's end.
The captain's deck winds whisper low,
As clear the deck we roam,
Through fortune to find we go,
Far from our childhood home.
Each the halyard fast shares a story,
Of storms to weather and more,
The harbor fair holds their glory,
Now and forevermore.
Through death below we find our way,
By tropical isle we stand,
Though the capstan round may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
The catch the wind echo far and wide,
Across the old ship they spread,
Where the bowline tight once hide,
And true love waiting fill the dead.
Let haul away fill the evening air,
Let promise made guide our feet,
For the bowline tight gather there,
Where captain's deck meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying land ahead away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So sail the sea and sing with me,
Let voyage long fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
The shore grows every day,
Through green valley we roam,
Where faithful heart leads the way,
And and that is why I mourn.
In the twilight so still,
We grow our song,
By the winding path on the hill,
Where river belong.
Through faithful heart we find our way,
By river road we stand,
Though river may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
Let call fill the evening air,
Let eternal hope guide our feet,
For mountain gather there,
Where ancient bridge meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying true devotion away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So dream and grow with me,
Let eternal hope fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
Sea shanties 193 calls to every heart,
Through long journey we go,
May we never shine apart,
And may our love still grow.
