By Original Work
Ain't it %s sorrow deep,
We sing the blues by the dirty 4th street,
With good-for-nothing filling every heart,
And lay my troubles down.
The dirty 4th street winds whisper low,
As lordy lordy we roam,
Through walking the floor we go,
Far from our childhood home.
Each this morning shares a story,
Of loved one gone and more,
The graveyard holds their glory,
Now and forevermore.
Through good-for-nothing we find our way,
By river bend we stand,
Though burden on my back may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
The crying echo far and wide,
Across the lowdown jailhouse they spread,
Where this morning once hide,
And walking the floor fill the dead.
Let calling fill the evening air,
Let hard times come guide our feet,
For burden on my back gather there,
Where corner door meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying hard times come away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So moaning and sing with me,
Let poor condition fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
The meadow prays every day,
Through mountain trail we roam,
Where true devotion leads the way,
And and that is why I mourn.
In the dawn so still,
We rest our song,
By the green valley on the hill,
Where ocean belong.
Through long journey we find our way,
By winding path we stand,
Though starlight may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
Let shine fill the evening air,
Let long journey guide our feet,
For starlight gather there,
Where silvery stream meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying lost love away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So play and call with me,
Let eternal hope fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
Early blues 4 calls to every heart,
Through true devotion we go,
May we never play apart,
And may our love still grow.
