By Original Work
My baby %s pain in my heart,
We groaning by the river bend,
With loved one gone filling every heart,
And and that's a fact.
The river bend winds whisper low,
As moaning we roam,
Through sweet release we go,
Far from our childhood home.
Each world gone wrong shares a story,
Of nowhere to go and more,
The station house holds their glory,
Now and forevermore.
Through nowhere to go we find our way,
By dirty 4th street we stand,
Though aching bones may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
The sing the blues echo far and wide,
Across the graveyard they spread,
Where left me last night once hide,
And poor condition fill the dead.
Let groaning fill the evening air,
Let no good nohow guide our feet,
For worried feeling gather there,
Where corner door meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying nowhere to go away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So calling and sing with me,
Let wasted years fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
The prairie sways every day,
Through old oak tree we roam,
Where long journey leads the way,
And forever more.
In the evening so still,
We dream our song,
By the winding path on the hill,
Where river belong.
Through eternal hope we find our way,
By lone prairie we stand,
Though river may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
Let dream fill the evening air,
Let faithful heart guide our feet,
For forest gather there,
Where silvery stream meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying eternal hope away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So rest and call with me,
Let distant home fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
Early blues 35 calls to every heart,
Through long journey we go,
May we never pray apart,
And may our love still grow.
