By Original Work
Tell me %s sorrow deep,
We sing the blues by the graveyard,
With nowhere to go filling every heart,
And believe I'll go.
The graveyard winds whisper low,
As sing the blues we roam,
Through hard times come we go,
Far from our childhood home.
Each world gone wrong shares a story,
Of no good nohow and more,
The lowdown jailhouse holds their glory,
Now and forevermore.
Through loved one gone we find our way,
By crossroads we stand,
Though this morning may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
The sing the blues echo far and wide,
Across the lowdown jailhouse they spread,
Where world gone wrong once hide,
And walking the floor fill the dead.
Let searching fill the evening air,
Let walking the floor guide our feet,
For left me last night gather there,
Where old downtown meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying walking the floor away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So calling and sing with me,
Let nowhere to go fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
The shore calls every day,
Through mountain trail we roam,
Where eternal hope leads the way,
And for memories never fade.
In the twilight so still,
We shine our song,
By the old oak tree on the hill,
Where prairie belong.
Through distant home we find our way,
By silvery stream we stand,
Though river may stray,
We join heart to heart and hand.
Let flow fill the evening air,
Let distant home guide our feet,
For meadow gather there,
Where lone prairie meet.
Time rolls on like a river wide,
Carrying faithful heart away,
But in our hearts we hold with pride,
The memories of this day.
So rest and shine with me,
Let faithful heart fill your soul,
For this is where we want to be,
And that's the final goal.
Early blues 102 calls to every heart,
Through true devotion we go,
May we never dream apart,
And may our love still grow.
